Sedih tak baby sekecil 2/3 bln terpaksa hantar ke taska?
my wishlist:-
1. taska have a good teacher/pengasuh
2. they work there not merely part time basis (sementara nak tunggu dpt kerja lain).. but because of they really like kids,
3. mereka cukup penyabar melayan kerenah kanak 2x.
4. mereka betul menjalankan tanggungjawab sebagai teacher/pengasuh
5. taska have proper facilities for the kids
6. taska have enough number of workers to take care of the kids
7. employers lebih bertimbang rasa dengan moms with kids esp bf moms.. i.e dont send them outstations for many number of days.. difficulties to bf esp those without maids or parents/sibblings/family to take care of their kids and and and and the list goes on
and therefore i would like to suggest:-
6. kan bagus if pendidikan kanak2x seawal 2 bln dipandang serius oleh kerajaan/private sectors. semana pentingnya pendidikan di darjah satu begitu juga pentingnya pembesaran kanak kanak di taska
7. kan bagus if corporates/government sectors include taska as part of their CSR activities..
i.e. they can sent volunteers.. or sponsor certain facilities.. or sponsor gaji for the pengasuh/teacher so that these person can deliver the best services to the innocent little kids.. and consistently monitoring and contributing to the society...
8. allow for unpaid leave utk SEMUA.. SEMUA ya.. tak kirala u just join u are permanent or contract.. up to 2 years boleh takkk... 'demand tinggi tak boleh blah'...:P:P:P:P
indirectly if all these are available..am pretty sure women are more keen to join the workforce..
